Pointe Santo Condominiums

Pointe Santo is a luxury condominium complex. Its location at the southernmost point of Sanibel Island gives it one of the best beaches on Sanibel and is central to all of the island's attractions.

The grounds are exceptionally well landscaped with extensive tropical vegetation surrounding a large lagoon. Quaint bridges take you to an island in the lagoon containing the swimming pool, hot tub and a club house. Professionally staffed children's activities are run from the club house.

The lagoon provides a home for large turtles. Fish attract blue herons and other native birds.

Around the edge of the lagoon are gas grills and tiki huts.

Our penthouse condo D-47 is at the top right of this view of the lagoon. Our ground-floor "walk out" condo E-2 in the next building is just steps from the beach and the pool.

Tennis courts and shuffle board add to the activities provided at Pointe Santo.

Sanibel Island has more than 20 miles of bicycle paths. A bike path runs right in front of Pointe Santo allowing easy access to the whole island for cyclists and rollerbladers.
